Return Policy
You may return a product for a refund or exchange if it is within 30 days of delivery to you (60 for any items shipped in November/December). We hope that you enjoy your beer gear, but if there’s an issue or you’re not 100% satisfied, feel free to email us at orders@brewcitybeergear.com.
If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged
We're sorry! Please email us at orders@brewcitybeergear.com and we will send a replacement or refund your purchase.
If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind
We will exchange your item or refund your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in "as-new" condition, and do not appear washed, worn, or stained. You will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us and you may choose the method that is best for you.
When you exchange an item, we will charge any price difference that is incurred should you pick a new item that is more expensive.
If you chose to return an item outright, you will be issued a refund to your original payment method for the price paid. You will not receive a refund for your return until we receive your returned item. Once the item is received, please allow 3-5 business days for processing, and an email will be sent with your credit amount. Please print out our return form and include it in your package when sending back. If you forgot to include the form or cannot print it, please email it to orders@brewcitybeergear.com
Return Instructions
If you have your order number, you can easily use our return form below. Fill out the fields on the return form. We will need to know what item you are returning and why. If it is an exchange, please include the new SKU and size. if applicable. you wish to exchange for. All exchanges will ship to the previous address on file unless otherwise noted on the form. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the completed return form. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and do not reimburse for the original or return postage.
